BECKHAM TO PLAY HIS FIRST MATCH WITH PSG

A month back the former England captain David Beckham signed a five month deal with Paris St. Germain(PSG) which attracted the world media.

Some say its just a media stunt while others say the 37 year old is still on the scene and its clear he is doing it because its his passion. The sexy no 32 midfielder is going to play his debut match on Sunday 24^th February  against Olympique de Marseille(OM) alongside stars like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Winge Lucas and others. The Beckham effect does not seem to worry the manager of OM Joey Barton who is currently on loan from Queens Park Rangers; he believes Beckham is not as scary as he was when playing in the Premiere league which makes him to be of less concern to the team.

Although Beckham has not played a competitive match since he helped Los Angeles Galaxy lift the major league soccer cup but with his experience and professionalism the match is going to be a tough one for OM.

PSG is at the top of Liguel 1 and also placed to qualify for the quarter finals of the Champions league.
