PRINCE WILLIAM TO THE RESCUE

prince williamOn Tuesday, the Duke of Cambridge Prince William flew in with an helicopter to help rescue 2 stranded hikers in the mountainous Snowdonia region in north Wales.

The two unidentified hikers, who were reported to be missing after they failed to contact a friend who had been expecting their call, were in their 40’s and 50’s.

Prince William is a trained pilot with Royal Air Force search and rescue force, over the last 6months he has participated in nothing less than 3 rescue missions. Last August, the young royal rescued an injured Canadian hiker from the Anglesey coast, that same month, he piloted another rescue mission to save a pair of teen girls who had been swept out to sea while body-boarding off the coast of Anglesey, he also saved ship wrecked Russians in the Irish sea.

The young royal has defiantly been putting his chopper skills to good use, his duties to his people have transcended beyond ceremonial pageantry.
